GETTING STARTED

  • Getting started is easy. We offer a free introductory session for all new clients. 

  • We take care of all membership requirements, equipment and back-end technology management relating to Zwift. ​ 

  • If you have a Zwift account, the membership fees will be adjusted 

  • Arrive 15min before your session to set-up, connect and find your workout on Zwift. 

  • Bring your bike, towel and water bottle along for the session 

  • Choose from various membership options 

  • One-on-one sessions are also available if you prefer following your own program 

  • For those interested in performance sessions we recommend a a 30 minute ride where we will introduce you to the equipment and determine your FTP.

FOR ALL LEVELS

Whether you are training for Cape Epic or a first-timer. We have a spot in our studio for you. Cycling sessions power is personalised to each rider and the difficulty can be adjusted to ensure that pro's and beginners can train together

PERSONALISED TRAINING ZONES

Each athlete sets up their own power zones with the help of our Sport Scientist. This ensures that each athlete trains to their specific zones. If you are serious about cycling, we suggest booking a FTP test with our Sport Scientist 

WE KEEP IT FUN

We aim to build a community on and off the bike. Have a coffee after your session at Knipe Racing. We do not do the same workout week-after-week and try to mix it up. 

EQUIPMENT

We are a power based cycling studio with Saris H3 indoor trainers ready for you to use. Train in a air-conditioned room where iPads, fans and smart trainers are provided. All you need to bring is your bike and towel

TIME EFFICIENT

Whether you are joining one of the classes of coming in at your own time, interval training is fun, hard and time efficient. No need to pump tires, put on a helmet and wait for the weather to improve, here you put your bike on a trainer, log in on Zwift and start your ride

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

Group training sessions will be early in the morning and late afternoon. Our clients are welcome to use the studio to train during the day as well.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS

Weekday sessions are an hour long ranging from intervals to easy rides and Saturday and public holiday sessions are longer rides

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE WEEKLY RIDES?

Monday - Recovery or tempo
Tuesday - Intervals 
Wednesday - 60min Endurance 
Thursday - Intervals 
Friday - Recovery for the weekend long ride

ARE THERE DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

Yes! 
We have multiple packages to choose from. These range from drop-in sessions to unlimited training sessions. Feel free to book a free session to find out more
